Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Welcome
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Little Pandavas Vedic Maths website and learning content. Little Pandavas Vedic Maths is an online Vedic mathematics learning platform for children, operated by Video Move International ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of service
We provide video-based Vedic Maths lessons organised into levels, together with practice quizzes. Level 1 is currently live with 30 lessons; additional levels will be released over time. Each level is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks all lessons within that level on the device/browser used for purchase.
3. Who may use the service
Little Pandavas Vedic Maths is designed for children around ages 5–8, but it must be purchased and used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, please use the site only with a parent or guardian's involvement and consent.
4. Accounts and access
At present, we do not require a login or user account. Access to purchased levels is stored locally in your browser/device using local storage. This means your unlock is tied to the browser and device where the purchase was made. We may introduce user accounts in the future; if we do, we will explain any changes clearly and update these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Please use the site responsibly. Do not attempt to interfere with our servers, copy or redistribute the videos or course material without permission, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Misuse may result in revocation of access without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including videos, characters such as "Little Pandavas" and "Arjun", illustrations, scripts, quizzes, logos, and course material — is owned by or licensed to Video Move International. Purchasing access gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content for your household's learning. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly share the content.
7. Pricing and payments
We offer a single one-time payment of ₹1499 for lifetime access to every lesson in Levels 1, 2 and 3. One lesson of each level is free. Access is linked to the email address you sign in with. Pricing is subject to change with notice; any price change applies only to new purchases and does not affect access already granted.
8. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep the site and content accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Video Move International will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or content beyond the amount you paid for the relevant level, where permitted by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions, pricing, or content from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or at the point of purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
