Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital content purchases
All purchases on Little Pandavas Vedic Maths are one-time payments for digital learning content. We offer one product: a one-time payment of ₹1499 that unlocks Levels 1, 2 and 3. Once purchased, you have permanent, lifetime access on any device where you sign in with the same email address.
2. No refunds after unlock
Because our lessons are digital and immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once a level has been unlocked. We encourage every family to try the free preview lessons — Lesson 1 and Lesson 2 of each level — before buying, so you can see the teaching style, video quality, and quiz format in advance.
3. No cancellation needed
There is no subscription or recurring billing. Every purchase is a one-time, permanent unlock. Since there is no ongoing membership, cancellation does not apply.
4. Exception: technical failure
If you complete a payment but access is not granted due to a technical error on our side, please contact us right away. We will investigate and, if we confirm the payment succeeded but the unlock was not applied, we will either restore your access or process a refund for that specific failed transaction.
